Today I watched the video below of a Dad from Malaysia and his son Luqman. The video is their story and brought tears to my eyes (or as my son Kevin would say – “your eyes are getting juicy mom“).
The Art of Autism wishes a Happy Father’s Day to all the great dad’s out there who go the extra mile.
Adli Yahya is the Founder of the Autism Cafe Project.
The Autism Cafe Project is a social enterprise in Malaysia. Adli was inspired to start the cafe because of his son Luqman. The cafe teaches adults with autism real-life skills. In an innovative move the program pairs individuals with autism together. Those who have more skills teach those with more challenges.
