In the digital age, it’s easy to be constantly connected. Make a conscious effort to unplug from technology during your free time. Spend quality time with loved ones, engage in outdoor activities, or simply enjoy moments of solitude.

Effective communication of boundaries is crucial for self-care among ABA therapists. By clearly articulating their limits and expectations, therapists can safeguard their mental and emotional well-being. This not only helps prevent burnout and exhaustion but also maintains the quality of care provided to patients. Additionally, setting boundaries ensures ethical practice and professionalism, reducing the risk of blurred lines in therapeutic relationships.
