Meghan has ongoing health struggles that sometimes require being in the hospital.
But she finds a way to make a hospital visit fun,
even if it means riding through the hospital in a turtle wagon!
Mighty Meggers has a heart of compassion that goes beyond what I have ever seen in anyone. She calls it her superpower. She will literally give all that she has to others who are in need. She doesn’t have a family outside of me, her brother, so she knows what it is like to hurt and be sad. She is determined to change the world with compassion, and help others know that they are loved. She has high functioning autism and wants to encourage others with autism like herself, to embrace who they are, autism and all, be confident, learn new things, and succeed. She created something called Capes of Courage, where she writes encouraging notes on little capes and she leaves them in places for others to find in hopes of bringing a smile to their face. Her favorite person on the planet is Jimmy Kimmel (talk show host) and she says someday they will be best friends because she wants to do good things for people just like he does. I am truly proud of my Mighty Meggers.
