Gary Jesch is the founder of Invirtua and the inventor of the 3D Digital Puppeteer system that features live animation to help those on the autism spectrum. He comes from an entertainment and marketing background, and was influenced many years ago by a researcher at MIT, Dr. Rosalind Picard. Her work pointed to how live animation can provide improvements in social skills, emotion regulation and non-verbal language understanding. Jesch has been working in autism with Invirtua since early 2014. You can also visit the main website for Invirtua at http://animationforautism.com
